Retainer Fee Payment Options  Cancellation Policy
A 50% retainer is required to book your event. This retainer will be credited toward the final event balance. All final event balances must be fully paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.  All retainers and balances must be paid for in cash or via credit card. Final event balances must be fully paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. 

Full refund of your retainer fee requires a minimum of 14 days advanced notice of cancellation. All cancellations within 14 days will be credited toward a future event, not more than 3 months from the original scheduled event date.

*Failure to prepare for an alternate location in case of inclement weather will result in a possible cancellation of your event with no refunds given.
