| A 50% retainer is required to book your event. This retainer will be credited toward the final event balance. Full refund of your retainer fee requires a minimum of 14 days advanced notice of cancellation. All cancellations within 14 days will be credited toward a future event, not more than 3 months from the original scheduled event date. *Failure to prepare for an alternate location in case of inclement weather will result in a possible cancellation of your event with no refunds given. |
